Talk to the developer, not a ticket queue.
Message WhatsApp, send an email, or use the brief form below. Most enquiries get a same-day reply, and I'm around every day from 09:00 to 21:00.

Project brief
Four fields. Enough to come back with a real number rather than "it depends".
Covering Nottingham, Derby, Sutton-in-Ashfield and the wider East Midlands, with everything handled by phone, WhatsApp and video call.

Send a WhatsApp rather than an email — it's the fastest route to getting it looked at.
WhatsApp 07572 422758How to reach me and what to expect
I’m around every day from 09:00 to 21:00, and the quickest way to reach me is WhatsApp. Email suits longer briefs and files, and you’re welcome to phone if you’d rather talk it through. However you get in touch, you’ll be speaking to me directly rather than a receptionist or a ticket system.
Most enquiries get a reply the same day. If you’re not sure what you need, that’s fine: tell me what you’re trying to achieve and I’ll suggest a sensible starting point. A short message is enough to begin with.
What to include in your message
None of this needs to be polished. The more you can tell me, the more useful my first reply will be:
- What your business does, and who your customers are
- What you’d like the website to do: bring in calls, take bookings, sell online, or something else
- The address of your current site, if you have one, and what isn’t working about it
- Any sites you like the look of, and anything you definitely want or don’t want
- When you’d like it live, and a rough budget if you have one in mind
- The best way, and time, to reach you
What happens after you get in touch
- I reply, usually the same day, with any questions I need answered.
- We talk it through by phone, WhatsApp or video call, whichever suits you.
- You receive a fixed-price quote that sets out exactly what’s included.
- If you go ahead, we agree a plan and a payment schedule, with payments staged across the work.
- I build it, keeping you updated, and you see the site before it goes live.
What to expect on price
Every project is quoted at a fixed price once I understand what you need, so there’s nothing to decode. As a rough guide, web design starts from £850, WordPress development from £1,200 and online shops from £2,400. Ongoing services such as local SEO start from £300 a month, and website care from £45 a month.
If cash flow is the concern, a pay-monthly website from £65 a month spreads the cost. Payments on a build are staged across the work, so you’re never paying for something that hasn’t happened yet.
Existing customers and urgent problems
If something has broken on a site I look after, WhatsApp is the fastest route. I’m around every day from 09:00 to 21:00 and will look at it as soon as I can. If your site isn’t on a care plan yet, I can still help with one-off fixes, quoted per job. Website care plans start from £45 a month and cover updates, backups and security monitoring.
Based in Mansfield, working with businesses everywhere
I’m based in Mansfield and work with businesses across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and with SEO clients anywhere in the UK. Everything is done by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call, so your location makes no difference. Take a look at the areas I work in or my recent projects.
What happens to your details
Anything you send through the form goes straight to me, and it’s used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. I don’t add people to marketing lists. You can read exactly how your information is handled in the privacy policy.
