Questions
Is there a contract?
No. It's monthly and you can cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by messaging me. Cancelling stops the next payment. There's no setup fee.
How soon will I see results?
Profile fixes usually start to show within a few weeks. Bigger moves, like climbing into the top 3 in busier areas, normally take two to three months of steady posts and reviews. Your monthly report shows exactly what's changing.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Google lets you add me as a manager on your profile without sharing your login. For website tweaks, you can create a separate account for me, which you can remove at any time. The onboarding form explains both.
I don't have a Google Business Profile yet. Can you help?
Yes. I'll walk you through creating and verifying one. Google sometimes needs you to verify it yourself, by video or post, and I'll guide you through that.
What if I don't have a website?
The plan still works, because Maps rankings come mainly from your Google profile. A good website does help, though, and I can quote for one separately if you'd like.
Can you guarantee I'll be number one?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Google decides the rankings. What I promise is consistent, honest work on the things that move them, and a clear monthly report.
Which areas do you work with?
I'm based in Mansfield and work with local businesses across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and beyond. Everything is done remotely, by email and WhatsApp.
